Alistair Cook and Powerbow’s 10th Anniversary

Alastair Cook narrowly failed to get his hands on the ICC Champions Trophy on Sunday. His team were beaten by India who won by runs in a rain effected match.
Cook has been in good in the tournament endorsing the new Gray-Nicolls Powerbow Generation X. This sneak preview coincides with the Powerbow’s Tenth anniversary and takes Cook back to where it all began.
Cook scored his maiden Test Match century on debut with our original Powerbow, one of the most iconic bats in the modern game.

As England prepare to take on New Zealand in two T20 Internationals next week, Gray-Nicolls new signing Luke Wright warmed up in style last night.
Wright, who is in magnificent form, posted 187 against Middlesex two weeks ago and then followed it with a 54 ball century against Kent in the YB40 match at Canterbury. Wright’s innings contained 14 boundaries, six maximums and was the 50th Gray-Nicolls century of the summer.
Wright joins fellow Gray-Nicolls players Chris Woakes and James Tredwell in the 15 man squad.
